President, Jerry O. Wilhoit is an expert in supplier diversity initiatives, a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), a lifetime member of Blacks in Government (BIG), and an honorable veteran of the Vietnamese war. Retired recently, Jerry has over 15 years of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) experience.   He led successful corporate diversity initiatives for Miller Brewing in accordance with federal regulations, state law, and county ordinances for approximately 15 years as well.

A native of MO, Jerry is skilled in making procurement determinations related to small business standards and legislative guidelines associated with both small and disadvantaged enterprises.  He is a graduate of Lincoln University and Ball State University with Bachelor and Master Degrees in Business and Industrial Relations, respectively.
